Served it's purpose as I was attending a local gig and meeting some friends.
Pros: I got what I paid for, used many hotels in Blackpool over the years and most are the same. This one was fairly standard, the dΓ©cor was pretty tired and could do with freshening up and adding some new fixings. The room was clean, fairly comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, private toilet and shower, TV with Fire stick. I didn't have much interaction with the staff apart from booking in and checking out, very pleasant. No real complaints as I stayed for 2 nights.
Cons: Don't know if the central heating was switched off for end of season or was just broken, as I was given an oil filled electric heater to keep the room warm, it was ok but tad noisy due to thermostat clicking on and off.

Nice nights stay in Blackpool
Pros: Clean and neat room. Easy to check in. Quiet. Good WiFi. Nice owners. Big room. Exactly what it said when booking, enough space for 5 people in the room. Good TV. Very comfortable beds. Owner came and gave us two heaters to warm the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Cons: May have gotten a parking fine as was not offered for pass on entry but I should have asked as the customer - I didn't realise a pass was needed until late on the evening when we walked back so did not want to disturb the owners to ask.

Good hotel
Pros: Good location, very lovely staff who was really welcoming and helpful, bed was really comfortable and had a good nights sleep.
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated and could be doing with a bit of a makeover, thicker blackout curtains would be good as the light comes through which isn't to bad at this time of year however would imagine it's a pain in the summer would also help with the cold coming of the window which the room we were in the bed is right Infront of, but the covers are cosy and the heating was on so as much as it was slightly cold it wasn't to the extent it was extremely bothersome. There is free parking however only 4 spaces available and booking.com didn't notify me of this so the spaces were gone, not the owners fault, there was chargeable parking down the road Β£15 for 24 hours, there is cheaper parking around also. Would absolutely use this hotel again for a night or two.

Generally very good. We will ask for the same room next time. Hosts were great.
Pros: Greeted with smiles. Eric (the owner) was really accommodating. Gave me a charger plug as I'd left mine at home. He has even posted a pillow that I left behind of my kids. The space of room was enough. To see white tile floors in a hotel entrance was a pleasant suprise. Allowed me to have an early check in.
Cons: My side of the double bed was super uncomfortable, creeky and old. Could do with a new mattress. Shower was hard to work out, I think the knob isn't on in the correct position. Trying to get past expensive cars with 3 young kids at back of hotel.
