Overall cannot complain was a nice break away from reality

Pros: The staff member we spoke with was friendly, needs a bit of fixing up here & there but for the price really cannot complain, beds were comfy, best sleep I’ve had in a while actually, didn’t notice any outside noise through the night, would stay again 😊

Cons: The toilet sounded like a foghorn so my partner woke me up in the morning

Pros: Everything. Beds super comfy, tea coffee facilities. Room clean and nice and warm. Was spectacle due to the price but got more then I bargained for.

Cons: Shower was a bit hit and miss.

Pros: Excellent value for money. I just wanted an inexpensive, safe, single en-suite room close to where I needed to be and the hotel delivered. Ideally located within a 5 minute walk of the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Close to Blackpool South Train station and bus/tram services serving the surrounding areas. Very friendly host who took time to answer any questions that I had. Yes the room and corridors were a bit dated but the room was clean with a comfy bed and I could see the improvements eg new carpets and reception areas that the owners have done. I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay and plan to stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff and good location

Pros: The hotel was close to everything I needed, the owner was actively making improvements to the hotel and was very evident he was doing his best to turn the hotel around, I am due to stay again soon good value for money with clean rooms

Cons: The only negative was the steps are slippery when it rains but that's no ones fault just be careful ..

Pros: Renovated recently so rooms looking so nice, room heating in Dec-Jan was 24/7, on same street as major pub and many nearby restaurants.

Cons: It mostly great with excellent staff and guests.

Comfortable and productive

Pros: The room provided was comfortable for an extended stay. I was provided with an end corridor room, and experienced no adjacent room noise interference.
