Pros: It's a very spacious house! Got a fridge in the rooms aswell, which was great for me as I drink water throughout the night! They were very diligent in calling me just before arrival to say that there had been a few problems with the previous tenants which then he ran around and resolved those issues before we got there!

Cons: It wasn't the cleanest, so I had to go over which is fine and through no fault of anyone else. Also there didn't seem to be a mop? I looked but couldn't find one and as it was raining on the Friday, it made the floor by the door dirty - which we used wipes to clean!
