Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lisa on reception was brilliant

Pros: Nice warm welcome from reception, I phoned earlier on that day to speak about parking to be told I could also check in earlier than the time stated, which was great especially with three kids in tow. Apartment was clean and spacious and would definitely use this place again

We had a really lovely stay at the print works and we will be looking to book again when we visit family next time

Pros: It was clean and quiet in a great location everything was in walking distance that we needed

Cons: Only minor thing was the towel rail wasn’t working in the main bathroom

Very clean. Very Central. Great value for money for our family of 6

Pros: Very central. Only a few minutes walk to Liverpool One, Chinatown and the dock area. Facilities had everything. Very safe for our family of two adults and 4 children. Was not noisy at all and away from the hectic night life. Would definitely recommend and would come back to stay.

Cons: Beds: mattresses were very hard. WiFi didn’t work all of the time.

Pros: The staff were super super helpful apartments were clean and in a good area for access to main town Liverpool

Cons: The wardrobe in one of the rooms was broken (wardrobe is made of glass and one panel was shattered and the same door as the shattered panel was hanging off the hinges) I had to lift it in and it wedged in to the frame and then it was unusable

Would definitely book again.

Pros: The location is great, within walking distance of main attractions and the flat was in good condition.

Cons: There is no parking, so we had to pay to park on Duke Street. £25 for 24h, which is not a lot, but this was an unforeseen cost.

Pros: The apartment is spotlessly clean,has comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen if you want to just stay in at night and have dinner.

Cons: There was nothing to not like about the property, it was central for restaurants,bars, shops and also great for just staying in and having dinner if you’ve had a busy day shopping
