Amazing

Pros: Very clean and spacious great commotion with host it was with the stay will book again

A comfy apartment near the centre of town.

Pros: Comfy beds, quiet area, although close to the centre, the apartment was a good size with most amenities that you need.

Cons: Information about pick up and drop off of the key for the apartment was not clear. It would have been easier to have a key box outside of the apartment door.

Perfect flat for a weekend trip to the city

Pros: The locations was perfect and the flat was spacious and clean.

Cons: It doesn’t state anywhere what floor the apartment is on. I called the helpline to ask where the apartment was located because we had lots of bags to carry around and the lady on the phone didn’t know and couldn’t help us. She said she would look in the handbook and I explained id already done this and continued to say ‘the flat has a garden so it must be on the ground floor’. I asked her if it was easier for us to go and look on each floor to find the apartment to which she replied ‘yes I think that would work’. In future it may be easier to state what floor the apartment is on in the building so guests don’t have to carry bags all over the place to find it.

Good apartment for a location

Pros: Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre .

Cons: Not enough cooking pans

Pros: Great stay, clean and spacious. Location also great.

Comfortable stay in good location

Pros: Good location - quiet but close to sights and restaurants. Comfy beds. Good customer service - speedy response to queries.

Cons: Small points - maybe a couple more hand towels as there was 4 adults. Tv remote has button missing which restricted access and toaster didn’t work but was replaced.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was spacious and a lovely apartment. It’s was comfortable and it a good location. Just round the corner from a 24 hour premier shop if needed. Lots of car parks close by. Concert Square only five minutes walk and Albert Dock and Matthew Street just a little further.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Our stay was perfect. Everything we needed .

Pros: Location was perfect 👍 breakfast wasn’t included so we made our own . There was plenty of plates , utensils and pots and pans to make what we wanted .
