Pros: Very good value for money, great heating, and staff were very quick at responding to queries late in the evening and were very helpful.

Cons: While overall cleanliness was quite good, the microwave had not been cleaned as its glass plate was covered in food which was unpleasant. Also, while I appreciate that they're doing the best they can with the space they have, the bathroom is still disappointing. There is no toilet roll holder, and a pack of tp is left sat on a pipe next to the toilet and I think there could be a neater solution. I would suggest to the managers to put a standing toilet roll holder in at least, as there is room for one and they won't need installed into a wall. Also, the bathroom floor is covered wall to wall in bathmats which just feels weird. Lastly, I think the kitchen would really benefit from a small tea making tray with some tea/coffee and sugar sachets+milk pots, its a simple touch that let's people cater to themselves on arrival, and means we won't need to go buy an excessive amount of sugar/milk etc for what may be just a couple nights stay.

Pros: Easy to find, easy to park, accomodatwd our two little dogs - perfect for our small family whilst we visited friends in liverpool.

Pros: Very clean, everything we needed for a short stay, very close to the train station, supermarket, shops, bars.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and answered all my questions quickly by email. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I would happily stay here again

Cons: The apartment has quite long stairs, which may be challenging for some guests. It’s also located a bit farther from the city center than expected. The house manual provided by the host is very long and repeats information about the age of the building. While the building has been refurbished and is nicely presented, the manual could be more concise and focused on the essential details guests need.
