Pros: Great communication.....location out of city but right next to train line....clean and comfortable apartment

Cons: Heating is through storage heaters so need to work out which to put on when cold.

Had a lovely stay and will be back again

Pros: I’ve stayed here a few times now and I’m never disappointed. Location is perfect for bus transfers and train just across the road. I asked Sarah to put the heating on before I got there and it was lovely and cosy when I arrived

Pros: Great location for exploring Liverpool and surrounding area. Very close to Orrell Park station, so easy to get into Liverpool using public transport. The flat was well equipped and comfortable. We had a minor problem with the flat not being ready when we arrived, but this was resolved without too much of a problem.

Pros: Excellent location.we parked are car outside on road plenty of spaces. And communication was excellent made a quick call about key when we got there answered straight away job done got the key 2 minutes 😀 👍🏻

Cons: Nothing.everything was provided in room what was said would be there milk cakes .and brucie put the icing on the cake.

Pros: It was very clean and plenty of space. Fridge and basic essentials were fully stocked. Just what we were looking for.

Pros: Good parking. Local amenities. Train station on door step. Spacious accommodation. Good value compared to other places I looked at . Milk tea coffee and snacks left in room also.

Cons: No central heating but electric radiators provided so not a major problem.

Lovely apartment

Pros: Apartment was lovely and spacious, we had everything we needed and more.

Cons: Everything was perfect for us

Pros: Clean and comfortable place.Situated on a very good spot next to metro station to the city centre.Lots of necesities.Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons: There needs to be extra matress covers and pillowcases to change bed if somebody is staying for more than just a couple of days.And an extra blanket.That needs to change.

Pros: Location was absolutely brilliant for the races close to the rail link up to the course

Enjoyable stay here

Pros: I have stayed at this property before and knew what to expect and wasn’t disappointed. You have everything you need here and a few extras as well. The location is great and close to buses and train station.

Cons: The bathroom toilet seat was unsteady and when reaching up to close the window I fell flat on my back and it caused quite bad bruising to my leg. I suppose I shouldn’t have stood on the seat!! That’s all.
