Paying attention to detail could have easily made this an exceptional stay!

Pros: The property was clean and spacious. The decoration is nice,bed was comfortable.

Cons: I was unable to connect to the internet as out of many connections that came up there is nothing stating which one to connect to so I tried 8 then gave up. The owner sent details but I believe it to be incorrect. Having these details on a card in the property or sent via a message on booking.com would have been useful and prevented a lot of time wasting and inconvenience. Owner was unresponsive when contacted via booking.com. The initial engagement is so important. This wasn’t impressive at all, l became worried and contacted directly. I was unable to watch tv as it isn’t set up properly, this was a shame. I spent a considerable amount of time in McDonalds located across the road using their WiFi as there was no response and owner was unresponsive. The water in the bathroom is Luke warm so had to boils the kettle numerous times to warm the water. This appears to be an on going problem as seen this previously in the reviews I had thought I had secured an apartment with a double bed but instead I was given an apartment with two single beds in it. The bed was comfortable but took a lot of getting used to

Spacious Apartment .

Pros: I liked the modern decor and finish . Quite a quiet location, handy for Aintree. Lovely big bed and spacious apartment, and nice touches, fully equipped Kitchen including cleaning products. Loved that it had a washing machine.

Cons: All the overflowing rubbish bins on arrival at front door spoilt the first impressions,, maybe need a larger industrial bin. Hole and water mark on top floor ceiling Water marks and dirty marks on Bathroom walls . Water was luke warm when I ran a bath. No signal for TV stations. The stairs were steep.
