Pros: Great view from bedroom window Comfortable bed Cabaret was very good and entertaining with great alcohol drinks available including martini bianco Food at the bar in the afternoon was good for value Breakfast had a good availability

Cons: Heating wasn't working however we were provided with a portable heater after notifying reception

Fabulous hotel, amazing value for money and the entertainment was varied and of a high quality

Pros: Loved it! We had a fabulous couple of days. Entertainment was excellent too.

Cons: That we couldn’t control the heating. The radiator was on permanently.

Nice warm comfy stay with great entertainment and a goo hearty breakfast. Great location too.

Pros: Room was warm and comfy and the breakfast was good. Entertainment in the bar was good.

Cons: Queing for toast - my breakfast went cold waiting for it. And que to check in.

Great stay. Warm comfy hotel with a great breakfast.

Pros: Room was comfy and warm with no noise at all. Breakfast was also god except for the que at the toaster. Would be etter if toast was seved with the full english.

Cons: Long que at check in and long que at toaster.

Great stay for the price

Pros: Lovely hotel room 79 had a dodgy door struggled to open it a few times

Cons: Breakfast could be improved fast service but bacon really well done & fried egg was like a boiled egg plus no mushrooms it just filled a hole I’ve had better full English’s

Pros: The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Bar and snack bar are lovely and beds in room so comfy.

Cons: The only thing that was a little issue if anything was the size of the bathroom. We was only there for one night so didn’t really bother us as much but if we had a longer stay, a bigger bathroom would have been a bonus.

Cons: You couldn't eat in the bar after 7 which was very inconvenient.

Good hotel.

Pros: Great atmosphere, plenty of staff around to help guests if needed.

Cons: Check-in was hectic, everyone checking -in at 4pm. 30min queue, which left guests unhappy. The foyer is too small to hold so many people. Customers had to complete a form (easily done on line before arrival) when you do get to the desk & then use debit card so the hotel had details if any damage is done to your room. Only took a £1 but repaid on check-out . Saying that,the rest of our stay was brilliant.
