Pros: Exactly what you can expect at 25 gbp a night Clean bed . clear en Suite bathroom. Wouldnt share the room though with a 2nd person

Pros: Great value for money and a lovely breakfast . Pleasant staff and a clean tidy room. Great location and very quiet on an evening so perfect for children

Pros: The manager was friendly & was always available, location great, the hotel its self is run down but £50 for a family for 2 nights with breakfast. What do you expect. Would stay again, lovely breakfast & they held our cases untill we left Blackpool later on, on the day of check out.

Fantastic for what we spent.

Pros: Absolutely top host. Really nice chap, couldnt be more friendly. Very close to the beach and amenities. Quiet at night. Nice breakfast.

A very nice place whats great value for money

Pros: I liked everything, the breakfast was nice i really enjoyed it very good value for money ,and the guy what runs it very friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome ,I do recommend this place for sure 👍🏻

Good stay at the higbbury

Pros: Friendly atmosphere and close to beach and tram stop.

Cons: Heating didn't work. But it wasn't cold.

Highly recommend if looking for a cheap getaway

Pros: The staff was absolutely welcoming altered there check in times for us due to travelling late on into the day qnd very quick replying . Read all the reviews and found it absolutely funny as. For the price and the location of the hotel what more do people expect. Will be returning in a few weeks.

Cons: Tbh I can’t fault it, considering the price: I payed £15.50 including breakfast for 2 adults. Considering the position the country is in this is an absolute steal
