Amazing and friendly staff. We love this hotel

Pros: The property is always well maintained and clean, myself and my partner have been staying here for a number of years and always feel safe also the staff are always very friendly , polite and welcoming we only ever stay at this hotel when we come to Blackpool.

Lovely Place and Highly Recommended

Pros: Good location near Central Pier Friendly welcome from the lady at reception Comfortable bed and clean bedding Room condition in good order Carpet in good order and clean Overall excellent attention to cleanliness Quiet room

Pros: Friendly helpful staff who went the extra mile for us. Clean no frills room, but great value for money. If you want the frills, go pay double somewhere else. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will book again when next in Blackpool.

Cons: Would have loved to be able to pay for breakfast. Sadly, it's not an option but was able to get from a bar across the street.

Great place to stay

Pros: The beds were lovely and comfortable and hotel very close to the beach, although the Manchester is opposite you can not here lots of noise

Cons: The door is a little hard to open when coming in when you haven't had a drink never mind after a few haha but that is the only thing thank you for a lovely stay
