Very comfortable and convenient, shame about the lack of attention to detail.

Pros: Very comfortable and warm once we got heating working.

Cons: The car park is a disgrace. Empty bottles, cigarette end, rubbish. It would take 5 minutes to tidy it up. Very poor first impression.

Great value.

Pros: Very spacious and well equipped.

Cons: The settee leg was broken on arrival, I telephoned and mentioned it but nothing was done, probably because there was another one. Would have been good to have somewhere to hang coats.
