Very good value of money

Pros: Staff were very friendly, and that was the best part of it.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was good against what I paid. So good

First visitors to stay

Pros: Very friendly welcome as their first ever guests. Room was clean and comfortable and we are sure once the new owners have more time to prepare the bar and breakfast option, it will be a popular spot for visiting Blackpool. A little walk to the town but easy enough to get to xxx Thank you for our stay

Cons: A little noisy with the other hotels surrounding and parking hit and miss depending on street parking nearby.

Cheap but cheerful thanks to Dave

Pros: Dave the hotel manager was friendly and accommodating made our stay worth it he was helpful and just a general all round nice guy!! Location was perfect for a simple walk to entertain ourselves.

Cons: The hotel was just all round run down in need of a little makeover a bit of paint and wallpaper with some new carpets and you could have a gold mine due to its location and dave the friendly manager. You get what you pay for with the price and was a welcomed cheap night away for our family.

Pros: Lovely property in right location! Everyone we met was lovely and very helpful and they are always there if we needed anything

Cons: In both off room the windows wouldn’t shut properly so let the cold in, but the heating was on but it was abit cold in the rooms but other than that everything was good.

Pros: The shores hotel was a wonderful stay, the staff members were so amazing with my little girl, who can be quite forward and loud. They made us feel so comfortable, there was no greed for money, or judgement on anything. It was really homely and the manners were impeccable

Cons: I think maybe the rooms could have been a little cleaner, but that's literally it.

Quality would stay here every time
