City Centre Georgian Townhouse

Excellent property in the nicest area of Liverpool. Great for a weekend with friends.

Pros: Great location in the Georgian Quarter. Central to everything. Lovely property, well equipped kitchen and sitting rooms. There are 3 bedrooms (2 on top floor) and 2 large sitting rooms, both of which have a sofa bed, so it's effectively 5 bedrooms. Host was responsive and helpful.

Cons: Only 1 set of keys which was tricky with a group of 5 of us. Unusual not to have a key box. There was an unpleasant drains smell from the downstairs toilet. Only 1 bathroom/shower. Some of the pillows need replacing.

Pros: Great location, beautiful house, very spacious and exceptionally clean.

Cons: Sofa and chairs uncomfortable. Pillows lumpy and could do with upgrading.

We loved our stay here great communication with the owners and we were greeted on arrival

Pros: Location and character of the house which was warm and very comfortable. Loved the kitchen.

Cons: The bedding needs to be of a higher standard

Perfect place for a group stay in the City.

Pros: A beautiful house with neutral decor in a great location in the city centre. Perfect for our needs. Host was great - he came and met us with the keys and had a good chat and gave recommendations.

Cons: We had trouble getting the shower temperature correct

We had a great time staying here the location was great, and yes we would stay here again, thank you Lois 😊

Pros: We enjoyed staying here the inside was very spacious, nice big kitchen, the location was great, it was very easy to walk to the local amenities, and very easy to walk to the town and docks our host Lois was very nice and polite 😊

Cons: We didn’t like the microwave because it was to high to use plus we used it once and it wouldn’t heat anything, the vacuum cleaner wouldn’t really pick anything up, so we had to clean the house with a sweeping brush, the thermostat on the wall for the central heating wouldn’t work I think it needs new batteries, plus the lamp shades and the beams in the bedrooms need a good clean they were very dusty, just minor things really

Pros: Perfect location for a graduation. Amazing historic building with very comfy beds and sofa beds. We even opted to stay in the house rather than go to the pub as it was so nice

Cons: There was a lot of road noise and some roudiness by passersby outside in the night but can't be helped.

Great liverpool location

Pros: Very clean and spot on for location great for what the family needed. Walking distance great for local restaurants and bars and very easy for central liverpool.

A lovely stay in a perfect Location with a great host.

Pros: The location of the property was fantastic. Within walking distance of everything. We went for a Graduation for my Daughter at the Philharmonic and it was a great location. The two pubs opposite, The Pilgrim and The Mayflower were great and super friendly. The house itself was huge and we had everything that we needed, including a parking permit which meant that we could park directly outside. Lois was so great at communicating and met us with a warm welcome.

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros: Beautiful property and the location was perfect right in the heart of Liverpool and 2mins walk to the pilgrim pub . Highly recommended this property . Lois was lovely and friendly. Definitely would stay here again .
