Great location and facilities

Pros: Great location, easy to get into the city and all the attractions on foot or public transport. Very good space throughout the property.

Cons: Noisy road, there is a lovely pub two doors away, but there are lots of very noisy passers-by. For a property that sleeps 8, there's only room for 1 car, and it's residents only parking in the area.

Wonderful accommodation, great price for size of property. Met all of our expectations and more. Wonderful place to stay

Pros: Good sized bedrooms. Excellent bathrooms. Location is superb. Staff responded to messages really promptly and sorted out minor issue really well.

Cons: Wifi didn’t work. On closer inspection found that the phone line cable to the modem the connector had broken so just exposed cables. Easily fixed - we had good 5G signal so not an issue.

Good for short stay

Pros: There was 6 of us so the 3 bathrooms were a bonus. Nice and spacious property, bigger inside than looks from outside. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to cathedral etc. Great for a night or 2. Car park secure.

Cons: Could do with some blinds on windows at back as not private and lots of windows overlooking in. Also when in shower in ensuite, neighbouring windows can see in. Bit noisy due to being next to pub but it died down. We took drinks and shower products as limited. The £500 holding fee is a little steep.

Wonderful house perfect if you’re attending any show at Philharmonic or LIPA.

Pros: Perfect for the area of Liverpool where we were attending an event. Near the Pilgrim pub but there’s minimal noise. Modern , clean property. Bathrooms fabulous. Living area lovely, kitchen well equipped. Easy communication with team to access house. Felt very secure with gated car park. We only had one car so no issues with parking. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Mattress in lower floor bedroom very thin and hard to sleep on . Maybe my old bones but really struggled to sleep.

So nearly perfect

Pros: Loved the location, right by the Anglican cathedral. Fixtures and fittings were high quality, superb bathrooms with very high end feel to the mirrors, showers and so on. Nice communal space on the ground floor.

Cons: Although the place itself was high quality, there was a lack of the basics expected at any self catering accommodation (such as 2 or 3 dishwasher tabs or washing up liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper, oil, shampoo and bodywash) and some basic kitchenware such as a colander and mixing bowl. No mattress protector on one of the beds, no pillow protectors on any of the pillows, one mattress very cheap with springs bumping through. If they can get these details right it's a stunning property.

A stylish and spacious place in a great location.

Pros: Collecting the keys was really straightforward. Clear instructions were given, and everything was ready when I arrived—no hassle at all.

Great - would return

Pros: Great location for what we wanted to do on our Liverpool trip.

Nice place! Recommended!

Pros: Fantastic experience, Although it was difficult to find at first as the key box is hidden behind the pipes. It was clean, very well accessible to town and for the cathedral. Some toilet seats were broken and there is some minor damages on the walls etc to the property. But overall it was a fantastic stay! The living area made such a big difference we could stay there and chat in the morning and in the evening.

Great house for large family group to stay

Pros: convenient for everything, lots of space, exceptionally clean, fab to have car nearby

Cons: Could have done with few more chairs to watch tv. Rubbish in car park was of putting

Chic modern gem in the city!

Pros: Fabulous location, very modern and very comfy beds!

Cons: Nothing it was perfect
