Excellent house for a gathering and would book again.

Pros: The house was spotless when we arrived. Excellent location for our shopping, shows & friendship weekend

Cons: Toilet paper, we ran out & had to buy, maybe should be mentioned to prepare to buy own or supply more for 13 people.

Great house in a lovely location and excellent communication from host and stay

Pros: The use of a door code rather than keys was brilliant it allowed for easy access into the property. The property was clean and tidy and a great space to relax in with a small patio out the back.

Cons: There could have been some more toilet roll left out if we're being very picky and the bathrooms were all very small.

Pros: Very spacious modern apartment with great location

Cons: Key code entry couldn't be changed. Didn't feel safe with code given.

Pros: Great location near tourist attractions, an excellent place for a larger group. Everything you need is provided to make your trip smooth.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location

Pros: Liked: Loved the location. Very clean. Huge rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great location for using city Express bus tours Not so good: not enough toiletries for amount of people. Code for key was wrong so we had to phone the number. Given the correct code but there was no key so had to phone again. The £25 non-refundable breakage fee … should be refundable if no breakages. Recommendations: could use a chain at back door for more security. Could use an information book with wifi code, local tourist info, how to work appliances etc.

Pros: Great location, clean and spacious, easy check in check out process.

Perfect location and property for a large group of friends exploring Liverpool

Pros: Location and size of property for 8 of us was superb It was clean & comfortable and decor beautiful

Cons: There was no hairdryer! Not ideal for 4 women getting ready!! A few hats came to the rescue! We were told missing hairdryer had been reported and doing their best to rectify! This didn’t happen! Hopefully sorted for the next guests! lol!

Lovely property but...

Pros: Beautiful house, great location. Comfy beds and good facilities. The keypad was really handy as members of our group could come and go as they pleased.

Cons: Communication with the hosts was difficult, they wouldn't answer the phone and didn't provide the property guide until we were checking out. This contained various instructions on how to work things and the WiFi code. Cleaner was still at the property for over an hour past our check in time. Not enough toilet rolls left in the property. Only 3 for a booking for 13 people. Floors were very sticky. Seagulls are very noisy, bring earplugs

Modern house with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Pros: The house was modern, stylish and had everything we needed for a few days away. Rooms were big and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Cons: We loved everything. The only thing we would have preferred is if there were a couple more chairs in the living room, but that is just something material!
