Pros: Rooms and facilities spotless you get a message when your rooms ready and how to collect your key no messing waiting at desks location is great pretty much behind coral island

Cons: If I had to pick a fault the only thing I could possibly say was we had to plug kettle in on the base board because of the fitted plug and the space around the socket wasn't really an issue tho

Great hotel with comfortable beds

Pros: Lovely room with small seating area to enjoy a coffee or some alcoholic beverages bed was super comfortable, the whole room was spotless, very easy check in process made staying here super easy

Pros: Overall, it’s a very nice property. Clean and tidy. I can’t say anything bad about it. I would stay again if needed.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel between at around 7pm. The hotel itself was warm, but when we entered our room it was cold. The radiator was completely turned off. The room was on the top floor. We turned the radiator on, but it only became slightly warm at the bottom. In the end, we had to get blankets from our car as the bed was very cold.

Pros: The hosts were very accommodating as we were meant to stay on a different date but unfortunately I came down with the flu but Sarah changed the date without any issue.The property is in a prime location and lovely and clean. Our room was lovely and the bed really comfortable I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Extremely clean perfect for our needs

Pros: Location was perfect for what we needed of being close to the Tower. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Hosts were helpful when u couldn’t figure out how to get in 🙈. Would highly recommend staying again

Cons: It was cold at night and walks are a bit thin so could hear the arguments going on in rooms in next door. But nothing earplugs wouldn’t fix!!
