Wiswell View Lodge: Pendle View Holiday Park

Pros: The host was extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating with any issues that surfaced. The lodge was very well equipped, comfortable and in a stunning location.

Cons: We had to change our booking to an alternative location due to a mechanical issue, but as stated previously, the host was very helpful and the accommodation was beautiful

Pros: Location was fantastic for what we needed. We had a family wedding in Clitheroe and it was a great location to there. My little boy absolutely loved waking up to the lake views every morning. The free Wifi was a bonus. Can't fault the host in anyway. She was in constant communication with us and nothing seemed to be too much.

Cons: Can't fault anything.

We had a very cosy, comfortable stay overall and found the location very handy for our needs.

Pros: The lodge was very clean and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like a warm blanket to throw over knees in the living room. It had everything you are likely to need. I particularly liked the blinds in the living room which offered privacy, but could also be pulled to look like shutters and let in some more light. The layout was good, and just about everything worked.

Cons: We could not find a way to switch on the electric fire. The light came on and it flickered like a fire, but there was no heat coming from it. We suspected that part had been disconnected for some reason. .The cutlery was not completely clean. I suggest the cleaners who come in after occupancy should check this, as leaving the cleaning of used items such as these to guests under time pressure to leave on time is a bit hit or miss. .There was a slight dip in the centre of the double bed.

Pros: 5☆ location, scenic views,very well maintained lodge,comfortable beds + main bathroom & ensuite bathroom,a very well equipped kitchen & the living room was very spacious.

Pros: The chalet was like a home from home with lots of finishing touches to make it a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Only downside there were no extra televisions in the bedroom for the evening.

Pros: Communication before arrival was great, easy to locate and enter, very clean and comfortable, loved it , best compliment i can pay is ive already booked again for weekend in october

Cons: No pub within walking distance but that wasnt a big deal

Beautiful lodge set in a lovely holiday park.

Pros: Set on a lovely, spacious park with it's own lake, surrounded by wildlife. The lodge itself was very neat and beautifully laid out, with all amenities that we needed for our stay. It was lovely seeing lots of little bunny rabbits skipping around the lodge.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Pros: The location was very handy for where we needed to get too.

Cons: The beds could have been more comfortable and the single beds are very small
