Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Spacious, clean, well equipped, good enclosed outdoor space. Nice courtyard location. About 40 mins walk to centre of Clitheroe. Lots of buses pass by end of private road. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated.

Cons: Very warm, however sure this is an advantage in the winter! Kitchen/couch showing signs of wear, everywhere else immaculate.

Brilliant property

Pros: The location was brilliant. It was quiet and peaceful. The property was very well equipped very comfortable and plenty of space. It was everything I hoped it would be. Superb.

Pros: The property was in excellent condition and very spacious. It had a lovely homely feel in a stunning countryside location. The owners responded quickly to any questions and left a generous welcome pack. We would love to stay here again.

Very easy to contact owner and a truly exceptional house with great facilities and information.

Pros: The house itself was much bigger than expected and looked in the picture's. Perfect choice for 3 couples with every thing covered off and lots of space to move around in. The welcome pack was lovely touch with bread/milk/butter and a bottle of wine. We go on lots of weekend breaks and this was one of the best most suitable places we have stayed in cant recommend enough!

Cons: Not owners fault but access road from main road could do with a few potholes covering in caught me out a few times at night driving in or out.
