A good modern functional place to stay

Pros: Modern, clean, free parking. Easy access via lock box.

Cons: Extractor fan not working in bathroom. No lock on bathroom door. Needs separate light by bathroom sink (for shaving etc). Would be nice if shampoo/gel supplied (as many travellers travel with small carry-in bags with no room for larger toiletries.
