Pros: I especially. liked the young Couple, very sociable, never too busy, very kind and helpful. Told us what was about locally, where to visit. Great bus service just round the corner. Quiet, and good for parking, which was great, being Summer and very busy

Cons: Thought I had booked BnB with booking.com , but it was room only.

Very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was immaculately clean. A very warm welcome.

Pros: Very clean! Immaculate in fact. Whoever is in charge of cleaning here could teach a lot of accommodation providers how to clean. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Check-in time was a bit restricted, with extra charges if I wanted to check-in later. The single bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Great location, clean room and amazing host.

Pros: I spent 4 days at The Claremont in July 2025. The host, Amy, was delightful and could not have done enough for me. I had a comfortable clean single room with a good-sized ensuite. The room had tea and coffee making facility and a desk. There were great value breakfast options that set me up for the day. The location is very close to the promenade, town centre and golf course. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant close to public transport friendly helpful staff

Pros: Peaceful and quiet location bus stop only a few minutes walk away only 15 mins to town centre. bed v comfortable had good nights sleep. Complimentary tea coffee soft drink and bottle of water was nice.

Pros: Lovely friendly little B&B. Perfect for access to Lytham Festival as Park and Ride was at the end of the road.

Cons: I wasn’t able to have a grab n go early breaky before breakfast at 0800 timing. As I left for work for 0700 each day. My only fault - to grab a coussaint, orange juice,fruit n yogurt ‘To go’
