Pros: Sarah was very welcoming, lovely idea with cereals and biscuits, tea, coffee and juice on landing. Very clean with a large bathroom. Excellent value for money, hope to return.

Cons: Stairs a little steep, but good excersise!!

Night in St Anne's

Pros: Easy walking to the town and beach. lovely quiet location and on street parking outside the accommodation.

Cons: Would of been good to have a better space for doing make up in the room.

Pros: Have stayed a good few times now ☺️. Me and my husband both love the location, it is a quiet street and Sarah is a lovely host. You can drop your bags anytime after half 11 which is really good especially if you are traveling by train and don't have a car to store your luggage. Also you are supplied with water , milk and cordial in the fridge on the landing of your accommodation. Mixed cereals, tea and coffee and biscuits are also provided.

St Annes stay

Pros: We got a lovely friendly welcome from Sarah she is a fab host . Told us places to try locally which we did and had a very enjoyable time. The house has everything you need lovely little extra touches that we appreciated . Spacious bedroom with a very comfy bed and fab bathroom, located in a really peaceful area with just a little walk to local bars and restaurants . We were very happy with our stay and the guest book reviews speak volumes too . Thankyou Sarah for a great stay 😁

Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Pros: House was clean and had everything you needed for a short break away. Cereals, tea & coffee on landing. Heating was on too which was ideal for me as I worried I’d be cold. It was lovely and quiet also. Host was lovely, gave us information we asked for and said if we needed anything at all just to message her.

Very enjoyable.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable and the duvet just right. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the hallway outside of the room but very good. There was a fridge with proper milk (not UHT). Biscuits and cereal were also available. The bathroom was separate but big and the power shower was spot on.

Cons: We were the only guests so having a shared bathroom was not an issue. However, had there been other people there the situation might have been different.

A Hidden Gem in St Anne's on the Sea.

Pros: Great location. Very well equipped. Lovely decor. Separate large bathroom, fully equipped. Also with a very welcoming hospitality area, with drinks, cereals etc. Spacious room with comfie bed and good storage. Very good rates too. Definitely great value for money.

Cons: We couldn't stay longer than two nights.
