A lovely place to stay with great hosts.

Pros: Wade and Sam were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Good location for visiting places such as the Lake District, Liverpool, Blackpool and Manchester and more.

Cons: Our bathroom was small but ok for us however if you are a large person it would be a squeeze. Other rooms may have larger bathrooms so worth checking.

5 star Bed and Breakfast

Pros: Lovely bed and breakfast with warm and welcoming hosts, the bed and breakfast has everything you need for a great night away. Lovely homely feel and Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 The pub across from the bed and breakfast was an added bonus that serves lovely homemade food. Thank you Sam and Wade for a excellent stay we will be booking again for sure 😊

Pros: This property is beautifully presented. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with lovely bedding and furnishings. Very well situated for our needs and the hosts Sam & Wade make you feel very welcome.

Pros: So nice and homely and friendly loved it and the Christmas tree was amazing breakfast was 5 star and having the pub next door was a bonus for evening food The rooms are of very high standard and very clean Owners could not do enough to make sure your stay exceptional highly recommend

Comfortable stay in a friendly B&B

Pros: Great breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Within walking distance of Knott End, with bus services to there and to Poulton-le-Fylde and Blackpool. Good pub almost next door. Very friendly and helpful proprietors.

A fantastic place to stay with everything you could possibly need from a B&B accommodation.

Pros: An excellent place to stay … As soon as we walked into the house we couldn’t help but notice how comfortable and inviting it was. Our room was impeccably clean with so much detail and everything you could possibly need. Sam went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The gesture of a small bottle of wine was lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was first class with such a large choice.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like, it was all first class!

Stayed just one night as we were leaving early next day for coach holiday

Pros: The owner was exceptional and went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Cons: Only 1 small issue which was the lighting in the room could be improved.
