Good stay.

Pros: The hosts were very friendly and informative. The hotel itself has their own onsite parking and is very close to the front and tram stop. Our room wasa good size with all that was needed for our 2 night stay. Would stay again.

Pros: Trudie and her husband Malcolm were excellent friendly hosts who cared about offering a firstclass service. They went above and beyond what is generally expected of hosts. Thank you. We would certainly book again with them if and when visiting Blackpool. Great location, great hosts, great cooked breakfast, great standard of a very clean room and facilities and great communication throughout.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, we had a fab experience.

Pros: Lovely spotlessly clean and comfortable room, (room 1 ) comfy beds, lovely bathroom, good hospitality tray. Hosts Trudi and Malcolm were lovely, friendly, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Left feeling that you had known them as friends for ages. Breakfast superb. Highly recommended, would stay here again. Thanks Trudi & Malcolm.

The Fernroyd is a comfortable home from home well run B & B.

Pros: Lovely comfortable suite, liked the additional space with sofas and tv. Very clean. Tasty breakfast included in the price. Nice quiet area off the main promenade.

Pros: Great welcome and check in. Lovely 4 poster bed spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. Fridge in communal lounge a great addition. Breakfast was lovely and very well organised. En suite was small but adequate. Thank you for a lovely stay

Pros: The property was a great location, the hosts were amazing, pleasant, charismatic, and just a lovely vibe to be around. Even with a unique situation with the room, they sorted us straight away! The breakfast was amazing! Credit to the chef with the full English! Also a proper brew to go with it! The room was clean and well looked after. The bed was comfy and slept well. Overall an amazing experience and be sure to book with them again! Trudy & Malcom are pure legends! :)

If you're looking for accommodation book this!

Pros: A lovely welcome and a parking spot! That's rare in Blackpool. A nicely decorated room with comfy bed. Breakfast was made to order and beautifully presented cooked to perfection after a choice of cereals, juices and yogurts. There's a lovely sun lounge. The hosts Trudi and Malcolm are friendly and happy to help with information about the area and transport. I made an excellent choice booking this accommodation I could recommend to anyone. .
