Pros: Meg was lovely Bed was comfortable Room nice and warm

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel but the streets were covered in dog mess and lots of buildings in poor disrepair

Pros: Location, how attentive our host, Meg, was. Our room was a good size, clean and really warm considering the temperatures outside. Loved all the little extras. Hot chocolate marshmallows were delicious after a long walk along the beach front. Breakfast was the highlight of our morning. Good coffee and local produce made it 5 ☆. Meeting returning guests speaks volumes about this lovely hotel, so we had to rebook again without hesitation. There is no need to worry about parking if you don't get a space outside as Meg gave us discounted parking for the local car parking in Bank Street at the railway station, a five minute walk away. Oh, and if you like gin, the bar is well stocked and very cheap too. Prices to stay are very reasonable. We have stayed in worse rooms for a lot more.

Good location and cosy

Pros: Good location. Meg was a lovely host. breakfast was nice too! Comfy bed too!

Cons: The room was quite small. The lighting wasn’t great. A brighter bulb would be good. Bench was placed next to the full length mirror so not useable- maybe shift it over?

One of the Best B&B's in blackpool to stay in .

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and hot , all local produce - not supermarket cheap ! Plenty of juice , toast , coffee and tea offered as well as fruit , yoghurts , cereals and brekkie bars and jams . Room one was spotlessly clean , shower ran hot , toilet had good flush - even had few luxuries such as soap , gel , shampoo and condtioner and makeup remover flannels , tissues , very good value for the price ( £160 for 2 people for 2 nights inc full cooked breakfast) 2 minutes to funny girls , flying handbag , beach and tower all within walking distance . Meg the host was amazing , nothing was too much for her - she even borrowed us a phone charger as we had forgotten to pack ours - such a lovely , welcoming and chatty woman .

Cons: I actually have nothing negative to say .
