Pros: Very clean, room had everything you needed, staff were very welcoming, breakfast was lovely 😍. Very close to the north train station, close to the beach and shops, top location. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Fabulous hotel.

Pros: Location was perfect for where we needed to go. Special offer rate was superb for our weekend. All staff very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons: We were in room 8, the toilet was crammed next to shower unit. If you were a larger person, you may have problem sitting down.

Excellent gem of a hotel

Pros: Amazing owners Grace, was amazing, nothing was a bother, making sure our rooms was comfortable and everything we needed, breakfast was lovely, plenty of hot drinks, toast, cereal to help yourself then a cooked breakfast was served to you, Rooms was basic but everything you needed, comfortable bed sheets was crisp white, towels was soft, tea, coffee was available in room.

Pros: Great first impression. Room was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff was very accomodating. Ideal location.

Cons: We had vegetarian with us as part of the party and would have been nice to have an alternative of meat free sausages etc for them.
