Excellent all round hotel and great price and location

Pros: The host , Simon, couldn't have done more. We were allowed to check in early and hotel was lovely and warm. Breakfast was extra which is the norm now and was excellent . Great value for money !

Great stay this is my go to place when I go to Blackpool.

Pros: Second time staying here the owner is great always helpful making sure everything is good.

Cons: Room was great always clean and tidy one of the comfiest beds I have slept in away from home.

Comfortable safe cheap room with welcoming staff.

Pros: Excellent price for the room I paid for. Staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Not too far away from shops, clubs and restaurants. Would defo stay here again.

Cons: Nothing in the Hotel to dislike.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Extremely friendly owners, nice room, location was literally a minute away from most of the attractions I wanted to visit, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. I especially appreciated the 11am check-out. Lovely stay and thank you!

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent family run hotel which is great for a few nights stay in Blackpool. Very friendly owners and lovely cooked breakfast which costs £5 if you decide you want to eat at the hotel. Hotel is in a great position for all resort amenities.

Great bed fantastic breakfast brilliant host's

Pros: The location if the hotel was fantastic, the breakfast that Simon and his wife produced for us was second to none it really was great they couldn't do enough for you will definitely be staying again , the hotel will be our go to place in Blackpool from now on thanks again for a great stay.
