Pros: Very clean, beautiful decor, great view from the front. Breakfast was 10/10 Parking was good and didn’t have to pay. Niki and Nick are lovely hosts from the greeting to the good bye very homely and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending to our family friends and work place.

Pros: Nikki and nick were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless, lovely decor and very spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. Will absolutely be returning.

Pros: I love staying here because the hosts are caring and want you to have a nice stay. The accommodation is spotless and the location is perfect. The breakfast is exceptional.

Great Location. Great breakfast. Comfortable, clean accommodation.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Our stay was very comfortable. Our hosts (Nikki & Nick) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - the best we have ever had. The location is also very good. A quieter area but within walking distance of the centre.

Cons: There were no downsides to our stay at the Braeside.

A very quaint and traditional Blackpool B&B with lovely hosts

Pros: The location was convenient and close to the centre, just off the main strip so is a good option for a quiet nights sleep. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated with a comfy bed. There was a generous selection of biscuits as well as decaf options for both tea and coffee. Good breakfast options, friendly hosts, well worth the price and will definitely be staying again when we return!

Pros: Excellent location. Room was lovely, clean and bright. It is well run and the proprietors are Always friendly and welcoming as we have stayed there several times. Breakfast is plentiful and great range of choice. Breakfast area is lovely , clean and bright. Straightforward in all aspects. Location is ideal - just a short walk to the tram stop and in a nice area but close to amenities.

Cons: Nothing not to like- very satisfying stay at this establishment

Pros: parking was easy to find with four hours free outside.
