Good value for money, quiet area, great Pub.

Pros: Lovely Pub, sea view, comfortable beds , clean linen, heating was on all night, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: We couldn’t have dinner at the Pub as the kitchen was closed during our stay but the beer was very good

Pros: Very friendly. Food excellent. Staff utterly wonderful. Would stay here again any time

Just a nice location and away from the town center but not to far away

Pros: Close to bus and tram stop so easy to get to town Center and Fleetwood

Cons: No Breakfast but understand with only a few rooms it would be unpractical to arrange . The continental is very good and plenty selection

Pros: Another lovely stay, brilliant location and very comfortable and clean room.

Cons: Was a shame the pub was only serving food at a weekend but I believe this was temporary.

Pros: Staff were friendly. We were unlucky to have loud neighbours which caused us some problems but the staff did tell them and also came to check on us. Shower was OK, and the bed wasnt too bad.

Cons: Some of the wallpaper and paint was peeling, I think the general decor could have done with some tlc

Very affordable nice staff great service would recommend to anyone with a dog too

Pros: We liked how you could walk thought the pub to get to the rooms and how the staff looked after my boyfriend when he was sick lol

Cons: We didn’t like the way to side door is hard to open.

Lovely stay for the illuminations

Pros: Staff were really friendly, couldn't do enough for myself and my children, bedrooms felt very nice and cosy. Some bits looked a little bit tired but it was fabulously clean so it didn't bother us. Location was great right at opposite the tram stop and end of illuminations.

Cons: Stairs upto bedrooms were a little difficult with luggage and only fridge was in communal area, we put some drinks in there which other visitors then had as they were in the fridge on landing.

Pros: The staff as always were friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable.

Good for a short break

Pros: Great location, room was comfortable. Great facilities. Meals in the pub were lovely. Good choice for continental breakfast.

Cons: Nothing really, although staff in the pub itself should be aware of the guests who are staying in the rooms upstairs. We were (rather rudely) asked by one of the staff to leave by 10pm as children needed to be off the premises by this time. When I explained we were staying in one of the rooms upstairs, that I’d already asked about this & been told by one of the staff / boss that it was fine as we were staying upstairs. The barman’s response was (again rudely) “oh right, I’ll need to check that” Not even an apology was offered & needless to say he didn’t come back as had obviously realised he was in the wrong. Can honestly say overall we enjoyed our short stay, but it may well have put us off staying here again.

Pros: Food brilliant, friendly staff and clean and comfy can't wait to go back
