Gary & Jo were wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much effort. Cannot recommend this place

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location to explore. Even though it was central to most things, it was also very quiet so we wasn’t disturbed. The breakfast was exceptional and filled us up for the whole day! A comfortable, friendly place. We will definitely return and cannot recommend it enough.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Amazing Stay!

Pros: We stayed here for a few days over a music weekend! The music theme room was amazing! So much to see! We were so warmly welcomed! Great breakfast, freshly made! We loved it!

Pros: Everything was just perfect ! Great host, great hotel and great location. Gary was probably the best host we had, full os kindness and advices on Blackpool. The breakfast was very good and the small bar inside the hotel is lovely. We’ll definitely come back.

Pros: Gary and Jo were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Proper milk is available in the fridge in the reception area. We booked the suite, which had its own vinyl turntable with vinyl to play. Also, a great selection of vinyl in the dining room. The breakfast is fabulous. Full English was cooked to order, so it's really hot.

Pros: Gary and joe were fantastic as usual nothing was too much bother…They have a great establishment…We could sit and talk to gary all day,and Jo makes a mean breakfast….Just a lovely couple which makes you return again…Couldn’t thank them enough for there hospitality.
