Birch Villa

Pros: In an ideal location, is very warm and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, bed was sooo comfy and the whole place was spotless.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Gem of a place

Pros: Had a 1 night stay with my family, fantastic value for money, the food was excellent and the rooms were spotless! The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My mrs even had a surprise card and chocolate after an off the cuff comment that it was her birthday whilst we were there!! Thank you and we will be coming back!

Cons: The room was a tiny bit small if we were staying more than 1 night but other than that it was perfect

Pros: Amazing owners, very welcoming, felt like a home from home. Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Food was lovely. Great location. Very kid friendly they made a big effort with my little girl. All in all such a great place to stay.

Value for money. Spotless and in a good location

Pros: The owners were very friendly and the accommodation was exactly as we expected. Everything worked, and the room and public area were freshly decorated and clean. We didn’t choose to stay for breakfast but it certainly smelled delicious! The guest house is only a few minutes walk away from the sea front and we paid for overnight parking at the end of the street. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced stay I would definitely recommend.

Cons: We had no complaints. The room we had was a family room (for three) and the beds are comfortable. Don’t expect lots of space.. it is purely a functional bedroom. But there was enough room to unpack and hang up our clothes. And decent flock clothes hangers. A nice touch.

Pros: Room 1 was super comfy, the bed was fabulous and there was everything you would need, immediately to hand - even down to cotton wool pads, a proper hairdryer with nozzle and a 'super-easy to navigate' TV. Karen and Paul made me feel like one of the family and were able to give great recommendations. I'm vegan and have no expectations of being catered for. They, however, were genuinely interested in making a huge effort to fill me up with vegan goodness at breakfast. I had a wonderful 3 nights and will head back if I'm staying in or around Blackpool. You guys rock!!!! x

I’m glad I picked the Birch Villa to stay absolutely fantastic.

Pros: First time I stayed overnight in Blackpool, Karen and Paul were fantastic hosts. The room was spotless and their attention to detail was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was beautiful using nice products (definitely not a cheap and cheerful breakfast). My wife has stayed in Blackpool with friends before however from now onwards I will be joining her again and definitely staying at the Birch Villa. Thanks again Karen and Paul 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Rebellion music weekend

Pros: The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Room was good and breakfast was first class.

Cons: There wasn't a view out of window. Shower a bit small.
