A little gem, immaculate, modern. Owners lovely and brekkie top notch.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our break at By the seaside. Denise the owner was lovely and welcoming. The decor throughout was beautiful and modern. Our room was lovely and cosy, i loved the lighting. The entire B&B was immaculate. Lots of little thoughful extras and very reasonably priced main bar and mini bar in the room. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. It's hard to fault such a little gem, we will definitely visit again x

Nicest B&B in the area.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Located minutes away from the seafront and about a 20 minute walk to Blackpool town centre. The house was spotlessly clean and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The street was absolutely jam packed on both sides with cars so be prepared to find alternative parking facilities if you drive to Blackpool. (There are paying car parks/spaces nearby but the more secure, i.e. indoor parking facilities are further in toward the town centre).

If visiting Blackpool/Lytham again will not hesitate to return!

Pros: Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our room had lots of extra touches such as bathrobes, toothbrushes and a mini bar with supermarket prices! The breakfast was good with again extra things you don’t usually find like Actimel drinks and the staff were really helpful and polite. It was also close to the bus stop to get into St Anne’s and Lytham.

We were going to Lytham festival so wanted bed and breakfast in a central location at a reasonable price. By The Seaside

Pros: It was clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and helpful and communicated well before and during our stay. They had considered the needs of their guests well to ensure a comfortable stay.

Don’t miss out

Pros: Immaculately kept, spotlessly clean. Tasteful decor. Excellent location. Brilliant hosts, fantastic breakfast. Great selection of tea/coffee facilities, including machine coffee at no extra cost. Mini fridge - Charges are very reasonable. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo/y, soap and even toothbrushes and mini toothpastes. In all honesty one of the best B & Bs we have ever stayed it. It really stood out from all of the other properties in the location.

Cons: If I’m being super picky, Street parking was a struggle, but the hosts moved their own vehicle so that we could park. But where were nearby car parks for around £6 -8 per night if needed.
