Lovely little stay

Pros: We actually stayed at their sister hotel royal oakwell, Dean could not do enough for me and my 2 children offered me a late check for swapping hotels, always there if I needed him made our stay lovely

Cons: Just had problems with using the Wi-Fi but that’s the only thing

Pros: The staff were lovely and very helpful we was ment to stay at pipers but there was a problem with heating so was moved to sister bb across the road and to be honest was lovely nice and clean the fist night was a bit cold but the staff got us a nice heater and was perfect the lightning could of been a better the light in the bathroom above the mirror wasn't working so was hard for the wife todo her make-up

Amazing couldent fault one thing

Pros: Staff could not have been nicer, could not do enough for myself and family. Bar brilliant could not fault this place hoping to have a family get together in summer and all come stay here

Cons: Staff amazing, location perfect, room- everything needed we had, clean and bar on site for a more relaxed night with kids

Well worth the money😊

Pros: How lovely the staff lady was at reception very Welcoming and polite. Lovely quite area and we was so relaxed didn't want to go home would off easily stayed another night and so clean comfortable and overall fantastic 😊 breakfast was spot on clean fresh.

Cons: Not much as we had a fantastic stay I was cold the first night but brought me a heater and slept like a baby second night.
