Great b&b

Pros: Been to Blackpool for over 40 years and I can honestly say that this b&b is one of the best we have stayed in. the room we stayed in was modern, up to date and exceptionaly clean. The bed was also really comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Nice one Steve.

Pros: Location very good with access to trams, buses, local attractions. Room facilities very good, beds comfy. Steve is an excellent host. Food very good

Pros: Loved everything about this place . Steve was lovely so welcoming and friendly the place was really clean room had everything you needed even a mini fridge ideal for my Grandsons milk for a drink before bed.Shower was excellent. Breakfast was lovely Steve was always asking if we needed anything else.

Cons: Going home would have loved to have stayed longer .

Excellent host lovely property

Pros: Host Steve is excellent always there to help you out with anything you need or where to go locally. Breakfast hot and lovely cooked to what you require. At the end of our stay he kindly phoned a taxi for us to get back to Blackpool north train station. Will definitely return next year for another weekend thanks Steve. Adrian and Debs Fisher

Pros: Our second visit here and we’d never even consider looking for anywhere else in Blackpool!! Steve is the perfect host, brilliant with our son also. The rooms are great, variety of drinks/biscuits, fresh milk etc. Shower in the room is fantastic as are the comfy mattresses. Breakfast is brilliant, variety of cereals, good coffee and an awesome fry up to set you up for the day, and nothing is too much trouble. Couldn’t recommend this place any more to anyone visiting Blackpool. We will be back!!

Top class B&B

Pros: Extremely clean throughout. Our room was well stocked with a great selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Fridge in the room with bottled water and fresh milk. Breakfast was top class with everything cooked fresh. Room was nice warm and welcoming after being out in the cold wind. Steve, the landlord, is one of the best you could ever meet. He was so friendly and open. He gave us some excellent advice for buying a tram ticket on line which saved us quite a bit cash. We were made so welcome by him. I will highly recommend staying here. We will be returning. Fab stay, the best!!!

Cons: Nothing to say. It was excellent.

Last post great hotel

Pros: Steve was very welcoming and friendly, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic rooms, and spotlessly clean Very close to sea front but very nice and quiet, would definitely stay again.

Had a really good time

Pros: Location suited our needs well,right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go.Nice warm rooms.Steve was absolutely brilliant,nothing was too much trouble.We felt very welcome.

Amazing stay at the last post!

Pros: Steve the owner was amazing, he was so friendly, made us feel at home! Breakfast was exactly what we wanted, really nice! The room was clean and fresh! Location was great, just a 2 min walk to the beach and promenade! Steve was really a highlight, got to know us and made time to talk to us after breakfast and told us to treat the place like our home! Would recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you Steve for such a warm welcome and stay!

Cons: Only thing I can think of was the bed was hard for us but that's not a bad thing it's just personal preference!

Friendly welcome

Pros: Friendly welcome. Liked little touches like good choice of drinks in room and mini fridge with water and proper milk.

Cons: Could have done with more than one sachet of shampoo/body wash for 2 night stay although we could have asked for more a dispenser in the shower would be better in my opinion.
