Pros: A lovely comfortable apartment, set in a small village, parking space included , big well equipped kitchen.

Cons: There is no WiFi in the property. And the towels could do with a refresh.

Pros: Really nice place and not what we were expecting for the price.

Cons: A shelf full of dvds but no dvd player. Dissapointing when you set yourself up to watch Top Gun again.

Wonderfully quiet, highly recommended but with a few tiny niggles

Pros: Lovely quiet location, very spacious, generally well equipped. Booking.com wants two sentences - I seem to need to write a lot more but I don't know what to say.

Cons: Overall it's an excellent place but is feeling a tiny bit neglected - sticky kitchen floor, only one small chopping knife and no scissors (despite an amazing array of other kitchen facilities), bed has big dips in either side.

Wonderfully quiet & spacious, very highly recommended

Pros: Beautifully quiet, best sleep for years. Amazing kitchen Very spacious Lovely little village with great pubs

Cons: No WiFi (small point: Arrival instructions could have been clearer - parking is A2 not 2, it's the flat round the corner of the big house, not the little cottage.)

Ein sehr schönen Platz um Urlaub zu machen

Pros: Es ist eine Ferienwohnung, daher wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Das war nicht schwer. In der Wohnung ist eine großzügige Küche. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Supermärkte. Allgemein, die Wohnung ist selbst sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man sich wünschen kann. Holker Hall & Gardens, ein wunderbares Anwesen, sind 9 min. zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfern. Zum Meer konnten wir in 15 min. Spaziergang laufen. Es gibt viel Wanderwege. Zum Beispiel zum Humphrey Head wo man Traumaussichten genießen kann. Das Städtechen Ulverston, ein typisch englisches Städtchen, ist sehr sehenswert. Man kann ihn bequem mit dem Zug erreichen. Grange over Sands darf man auch nicht verpassen. Eine sehr schöne ruhige Gegend.
