Lovely period property that we would use again and recommend to friends

Pros: Location was perfect The size of the apartment was larger than it looked on the photos

Cons: There was a damp smell coming from inside the kitchen cupboards which wasn’t pleasant at all and meant that the plates etc had to be washed before we could use them

Pros: Lovely accommodation, very welcoming . So nice to get welcome basket and well stocked cupboards - so often missing in holiday cottages

Pros: Everything! Really lovely. Right in the centre of Cartmel. Really spacious, lovely little touches, treat basket on arrival, fresh flowers, huge bed…

Cons: Nothing. Expensive, but worth it.
