Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you Ivys 😊

Pros: Really central location, comfortable bed, all basic facilities provided, really clean and well maintained, lovely views of the bay, loved sitting on the balcony.

Cons: Steps could be an issue for those less mobile, shower a bit small for hubby, but I was fine, and he did manage. Whilst it was a bonus having off road parking included getting in and out was sometimes tricky due to other vehicles parked opposite the access gate.

Great views & a great location!

Pros: Nice and cozy and a little bit quirky! Great location for shops and promenade.

Cons: Very close to train line.

Fantastic place

Pros: Had a fantastic stay at Ivy's, location was tremendous and the property was situated right on the estuary with superb views, very quirky old property but a pleasure to stay in. Had all amenities that you could possibly need and a couple of pubs very close on hand and also plenty places to eat, would thoroughly recommend staying here and I am definitely returning sometime 😁

Cons: Not a lot to dislike, a few stairs to compete with in the property and a few steep banks in Grange over sands but a small price to pay for a lovely stay.

Pros: A lovely clean small place. The balcony made a difference, with wonderful views.

Cons: Found going down to the bedroom a bit strange. It felt eerie. There are no instructions about where to put your rubbish on leaving.. Also about the door downstairs leading out to the lane, can you use it. Two mugs had coffee stains down outside, not washed properly. Used toilet roll still on holder, not replaced. Couldnt get shower to work either.

Amazing couples stay

Pros: The bath was nice and large. The bed was amazingly comfy. It's just a short walk from a pub and quite a few takeaways.

Cons: The parking space is a hard to get out of, and so is the road for smaller, less powerful cars, but doable.

Little bijou place

Pros: The apartment was as expected. Very clean and everything you needed. Balcony was a bonus, trains going past, and birds on the estuary.

Cons: The very steep steps down to front door. Maybe these should be mentioned in itinerary of apartment. I did get a shock how steep.

Very comfy and convenient

Pros: The location was perfect. The view from the balcony was really good and the walk along the salt marsh at sunset was beautiful.

Pros: Perfect location with off road private parking, near to the beach and the town's shop and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and settee, well equipped kitchen. Had beautiful weather so we made good use of the private balcony for morning coffees and evening sundowners. Excellent wifi connection.

Lovely property

Pros: The property was quaint and in a fantastic location. It had everything you would need. The bed was so comfy, certainly one of the best.

Cons: Nothing.

Clean, perfect location and amenities close by. Superb views over the estuary.

Pros: Stairs could be a bit tricky and a problem for anyone tall, as bathroom// shower has low ceiling, but we were ok. We know the area well and the location was great as we have family in Barrow. Owner was contactable which is always a bonus.
