Very cosey room

Pros: The view from the window looking out at the water. Next to a 24 hour petrol station shop. Room was clean

Cons: Very steep stairs and narrow corridors. I was on top floor so it killed me walking up. Shared kitchen wasn’t clean but it is shared so all depends on who else is staying at the same time as you. Didn’t use kitchen so didn’t matter.

Pros: My word, you will not find a comfier bed. The power shower is extraordinary, I didnt want to get out. The staff are so wonderfully nice. No need for an alarm, you can smell breakfast being cooked to perfection. If you find this hotel is an option then it is an option you should pick immediately. Free secure parking to the rear. You are also over the road from the Mersey Ferry offering trips to Liverpool within minutes. May I suggest the stadium tour at Evertons new ground, magnificent to behold.

Cons: Not applicable.

Pros: I've stayed here many times. It is always always clean. There is a kitchen with every facility and cooking aid you need, free to use for everyone. The staff who arrive at checkout time are always a delight. He can't do enough for you. Always makes sure you have everything you need, even making sure you haven't forgotten anything. If there is anything you need just ask, the fella is more than happy to cater for you. Best budget hotel in the area for me and will continue to be

Cons: Nothing to say wrong for £40 a night when you don't even get a kitchen in the premium hotels for 3 times the price. You even get a tele you can see without a telescope here unlike most places who offer a postage stamp sized monitor from 1999.

Great for value. Reliable quick and last minute stay. Would love to book for longer next time

Pros: The property was very clean, room was great overall. Had a lovely fully equipped kitchen/dining space which was useful great location right next door to a takeaway and petrol station and Tesco. Beach literally across the street. TVs had everything on from YouTube, Netflix, itv etc. WiFi all throughout too. Coffee, kettle and mugs in the room too. Lovely shower and also provides towels.

Cons: Only problems I had with the property was asking for accessible room and got given the 5th room which was up 3 steep flights of stairs. Whilst having to carry a one year old and my luggage it was a big struggle. Would recommend and stay again. Also you get sent a code on arrival and you collect your key yourself. I didn't know this when booking and my phone had died when I got to the property so was confused for a while but managed to charge my phone in the petrol station and was able to resolve it. I rang the owners and they were very helpful and gave me instructions on how to get my room key

Great Value for Money – Perfect for a Night’s Stay

Pros: We stayed for one night and honestly couldn’t fault it. After reading some mixed reviews, we were a bit skeptical and unsure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, with fresh bedding and towels, a spotless bathroom, and even some instant coffee provided. For the price, it was absolutely perfect just what we needed for a short stay. The staff were kind, respectful, and very accommodating. They even checked in to see if we needed room service the next morning, which was a nice touch. The location wasn’t the best, but I was aware of this before booking and didn’t mind at all. There were plenty of takeaways nearby, a Tesco just a 30-second walk away, and it was close to the sea with a nice promenade walk great for a bit of fresh air. We had a small issue checking in, but a quick phone call sorted it straight away. Overall, a great budget option with friendly service. Would stay again for sure!

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed. Owner very friendly. Spacious shared kitchen. Owner available when needed to call about key safe and assisted immediately. Coffee on arrival. On street parking

Cons: Upon arrival the extractor fan was on was a smell. Was in room 5. The owner apologised and gave us a scented freshener. Shower cubical was a bit small but powerful warm shower

Pros: Stayed here a few times now, both in the studio room, and the double room, booths rooms where clean and good sizes. Especially the studio room which has it's own kitchen area with cooking facilities and washing machine, maidens ect. There is a communal kitchen for the other rooms with everything you could need for your stay, including washing machine and dryer available to use. The owner was fantastic, really helpful and available any time I had any questions. I will definitely stay again in future.
