Pros: Apartment was extremely well presented and relaxing to stay in. Great location, clean, friendly staff, couldn't ask for anything more for a city break. Had a great nights sleep both nights, was nice and quiet, lamps could be dimmed and bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons: Sofa in living room was a sofa bed and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, needs replacing. Tap in en suite was the wrong way, so cold tap was hot and vice versa.

Excellent location, amazing city.

Pros: The location is amazing. Especially for older members of our family it was right in the city centre.

Cons: Rooms arrangement was a bit awkward with the natural shape of the building.

Fabulous apartment, ideal to explore Liverpool.

Pros: Excellent location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff. Will definitely return!

Cons: The bedroom window was broken and unable to be opened - missing handle and had been taped up. Other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Lovley stay

Pros: 2nd time staying here. This time we got a free upgrade to our room and early check in. Also before we went home kept our bags safe until we were ready to go home even after check out. Staff friendly and clean apartments. Took full advantage of the bathtub after purchasing a bath bomb from near by lush shop. (Carrying bags gave me shoulder ache 😆) also took full advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer as before staying here had been staying at relatives outside city, this was a stop over and little shopping trip before going home!! Love the apartments, the facilities are clean and tidy and staff lovley. Will be back soon in the coming months for another little stay !! One of the best places to stay in liverpool.

Cons: Pillows for me little too soft. But that's just me.

Excellent - would recommend

Pros: The location was superb and the service was great. It was extremely quiet - the windows were closed though, so it might be louder if they're open. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons: The TV signal was occasionally quite poor so many channels weren't available.
