Pros: Location was amazing, View was great! Apartment was lovely and staff were lovely!

Pros: Stayed many nights at Citadines in Liverpool. Excellent location, rooms and staff. Cannot fault. Worth paying extra for the one bedroom if staying more than one night.

Cons: Nothing.

Perfect quick trip in a lovely place. I’d happily return

Pros: Location was amazing. Staff so friendly and apartment had all you need.

Cons: I would prefer a door on the one bedroom as I didn’t expect it to be fully open plan.

A great nights stay in a well appointed apartment. Great value for money in the heart of the city.

Pros: Spacious studio apartment with a large comfortable bed. Great location only a few minutes walk from central station. We were able to leave our case at reception after we checked out and picked it up later after some shopping.

Cons: No mirror near a plug socket for drying your hair.

Pros: All staff who work there were wonderful the apartment was just what we wanted.will be going back

Pros: The staff were all amazing, couldn't fault them. Super kind, willing to go above and beyond to help, friendly and knowledgeable

Cons: Next to the main shopping strip does come with a small amount of noise but nothing that disturbed us enough to have us lose sleep

Cons: Lighting in bathroom and bedroom was abysmal could not see in mirrors to do makeup as very dark.

Pros: Great location and free ground coffee in the reception which was delicious. Great luggage storage.

Cons: There was someone else's toenail clitting of the carpet near the kitchen. Obviously, more attention to detail needed when cleaning the room in between guests. On Friday we reported the bedside lamp not working (they already knew it was not the bulb). They said they would fix it but never did even though we didn't leave until Sunday! Also, no mirror near the dressing table for drying/curling your hair which is a must.

Pros: Perfect to visit Liverpool and its surroundings. The bed was very comfortable, with a big room and practical kitchen. It was peaceful, easy to go in/out of the building and very well situated. We very much enjoyed our stay

Cons: The air conditioner was a litle difficult to set, it would blow cold air which wasn't particularly welcome.
