Pros: The apartment was amazing. We used it for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The staff especially Colin were super helpful and could do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable

Really lovely

Pros: Lovely room! Lydia and Colin were very accommodating. We had a little hiccup with a possible double booking but it was quickly sorted and Colin carried our suitcases up to the top floor us. Honestly lovely staff.

Cons: The price was a little bit on the higher side but it was expected with it being NYE.

Lydia and Colin hosts extraordinaire.

Pros: Lydia the host was absolutely fantastic. So helpful, accommodating and humorous. Colin on reception was such a caring gent. He went out of his way to make us feel safe in his lovely city. Going beyond what we expected which was so appreciated. (Family of 4 all female) Colin showed us personally where The Cavern Club was an example of nothing was too much trouble to him. Lydia and Colin made our trip, thank-you both.

Cons: Couldn't get the TV in room to work ( room 6) but we weren't there to watch tv 😆 Couldn't get the shower to run hot.....but we weren't bothered as were from up north and had a flannel 😂😂😂😂😂

Great location, great hosts, quirky and fun :)

Pros: Location Colin is fab (night doorman) Lydia receptionist is lovely. Has a microwave, kettle, plates etc It’s quirky with the sleeping pods. It felt very safe It is small but we only slept there. Would return as a great place to stay with friends.

Cons: The stairs! Would have liked mattress and pillow protectors.
