Pros: Loved everything, spotless, comfortable, perfect location, peaceful and everything you could need including lovely bedding and towels. Plenty of space for myself, hubby, disabled grown up son and well behave cockerpoo Nancy

We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely return my little chihuahua loved the grounds & walks round the pon

Pros: The property was comfortable with nice decor & very clean. It’s on a lovely site with lots of outside space & convenient for local amenities

Cons: Nothing!! except the knives forks & spoons were a little flimsy just a thought !

Pros: Loved the stay very clean , great bedding and towels and great shower , wifi was good all in all great value .

Cons: Lack of amenities on site but not an issue as was used for a base as we were out most of the time .

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Strong recommend

Pros: Communication with the host was prompt, friendly and reassuring. Property was comfy and pleasant and suited our needs perfectly. The walk into Lytham is a bit quicker than indicated by internet guides and ris really pretty light work

Pros: Really clean and very well furnished. It rained Co continuously but was warm and cosy.

Comfortable and spacious , warm and cosy, helpful host.

Pros: easy to check in, welcome pack on arrival, spacious and very comfortable, shower was lovely. easy to find and good location

Cons: a little hard to get out dog in and out of main door as gate opened in and door opened out but it did mean it was secure and he’s a big dog!
