Lovely comfortable house with plenty of space

Pros: Beautiful property with plenty of space for our group of 7. Comfortable lounge and large dining table in the conservatory.

We really enjoyed staying in the house and would happily come again.

Pros: We were 3-generations staying at the house. Lots of space and opportunity to find a quiet place if preferred. All facilities were really good but for one aspect. We had planned to cook for ourselves on 2evenings but was disappointed by the lack of saucepans and frying pans/wok of a suitable size for a party of 7 or 8. In all other aspects the kitchen was great.

Fabulous stay.

Pros: It was decorated for christmas and the welcome basket was fabulous.

Cons: There needs to be some instructions for the remote for the fire.

Lovely, comfortable property

Pros: Big spacious property in a quiet area, probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. The kids liked the games rooms and the big TVs! We had a couple of queries when we stayed and we received a quick response from the management team. Really recommend this property if you want to be close to Lytham/Blackpool

Cons: The dining table is in the conservatory so we never used it as it was a bit of a trek. A small island in the kitchen would have been great for the kids.

Immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable.

Pros: This property is of an exceptional standard. It is modern, spacious, immaculately clean, warm and well-equipped. The welcome pack was a very nice touch. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with tea, coffee etc and all cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and the bathrooms with shampoo etc. Everything is of high quality. The hosts are attentive. All in all, I would highly recommend.
