Great fun and would come back again

Pros: Nice Spa, nice staff and a decent restaurant. Golf facilities really good as well.

Cons: Nothing really, golf was a little overpriced

Wonderful, relaxing Christmas break

Pros: Really spacious rooms, breakfast had a really broad selection and it was done really well. Rooms were immaculate and clean, and everyone was really helpful.

Cons: I felt a little watched at breakfast, I couldn't remember my room number straight away and I felt the team were a little suspicious, even through I'd paid for it in my room rate. I know room numbers are asked for to stop non guests having breakfast, but there could be a better system for this rather then relying on staff or guests.

Convenient stay

Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big. We had dinner one evening and it was very good as were the cocktails.

Cons: The bed was too high for a wheelchair user (although we booked a disabled room) The terrace door was filthy on the inside and general cleanliness was missing. The reception as a whole seemed disinterested and not approachable.

Pros: The staff were lovely and the facilities are good, the pool could use some cleaning and updating around it, the bed was okay a little bit too firm for me but as we were only staying one night it was ok

Cons: The cleanliness was a little bit on the downside the pool area could definitely use some modernising and cleaning and the rooms could also use a little bit of renovation

Pros: All of it. Excellent facilities. Beautiful location Staff welcoming

Really good value for money, excellent venue with very good facilities.

Pros: Really good breakfast, but not very hot. They need to find a way to keep it hot without drying it out.

Perfect for my needs

Pros: it was smart, clean, very friendly, comfortable, with secure parking and perfectly located for my meeting.

Regular vsisitors and find the hotel welcoming andcomfortable.

Pros: Room comfortable. Breakfast good. Service friendly

Cons: The spa facilities are in need of upgrade. Eg many lockers broken.

Pros: The pot of coffee at breakfast was fantastic I wish more places would do this . The facilities there was great even in the rain people were still out playing golf .

Cons: The taste of the Sausages at breakfast.

Pros: Massive room, comfy bed, loved the tv in the bathroom

Cons: Empty shower gel bottle and no phone in room for room service
