Pros: This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean, extremely helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. Also the breakfast is one of best we’ve had throughout our stays in the UK and Europe.

Had a fairly comfortable stay. Location was great. Staff exceptionally friendly.

Pros: We frequently stay in Novotel. The facilities and cleanliness are up-to-standard.

Cons: The ventilation in the lobby and mezzanine seems not working. There was a fishy smell.

Perfect location for visiting Universities

Pros: Had a lovely night, hotel clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Eat in the restaurant as late arrival, food and staff were excellent. Perfect location if visiting any of the medical/Dentist Universities literally 5 mins walk and 15 min from lime street.

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful and though it has no free parking, there is a car park nearby just about 3 minutes walk and the hotel offers discount for parking there. Room was spacious and beautiful but they could do with cleaning more as our room was dusty. Aside that, beautiful place. Also, breakfast there was beyond amazing.
