Pros: Our host was very friendly and went above and beyond to welcome us in person and ensure that we had everything we could possibly need whilst we were here. Secure and private with off road parking. Great location for Southport and Formby. We were very comfortable here. What's not to like?! We will stay again. Susan and Martin 😊

Pros: Quiet little place, booked last minute for a night away with the misses, place was spotless and warm. Fridge stocked with essentials, lots of snacks provided. Bed was really comfy. Will definitely be back soon.

Clean, cosy, well equipped place

Pros: Amazing place on the national cycle network (NCN route 62), so we got to cycle from the Peak District to the beach staying here. Very welcoming host, who surprised us with so much food and drink in the hideaway! Thank you for a great stay - perfect place to relax after a 12hr cycle, and only a short cycle for a morning sea swim

An amazing little place with high comfort and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Pros: The host was really friendly, very chatty and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start to the end. The host recommended places for us to eat and the best places that we could visit if we wanted to go out and we were presented with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fridge full of snacks etc. Even though the property is in the back garden, you still have your privacy and aren't disturbed. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a little getaway.

Pros: I booked this for my parents and its a wonderful little apartment in the safety and grounds of tje owner property protected by cctv cameras and secure garden, facilities were amazing bed was apparently very comfortable, and bathroom beautiful, shower was lovely. In the words of my dad.... hes stayed in 5 start hotels that as equipped as this little hideaway. Provided was milk 2 little bottle of beer, juice, bread crumpets butter, tea coffee sugar, even honey and porridge, and a lovely welcome bottle of wine. Very welcoming and polite host.
