Lovely apartment and great hosts

Pros: Great location in Formby, close to where we were working.

Excellent location in central Formby with parking for 1 car.

Pros: Easy Access, Great parking immediately outside, Great communication from Host. We had a hot water problem during our stay but this was quickly resolved. Would stay again

Cons: Additional on line booking in system was difficult to get through, but OK.

Loved the facilities and the location.

Pros: Everything was as pictured and I will definitely plan on using the facilities when I am next visiting this area.

Cons: The only problem was the bed. The inner springs could be felt and made for extremely uncomfortable sleeping. The only way I managed was to make a pallet out of the comforter with a couple of pillows in between and sleep on that. I would certainly recommend a new mattress to replace the present one. My sister found the lower bunk ok. Other wise our stay there was perfect. Loved the facilities and the location.

Overall I loved it here would definitely go back again

Pros: Loved everything it had everything we needed only downfall was it gets very cold in bathroom & bedrooms and some times the heating would go off by itself and didn’t know how to work the radiators properly but other than that couldn’t fault it at all! Kids loved it

Cons: Quite cold especially of a night and bathroom floor very slippery

Pros: The location is excellent for central Formby - everything is very easy walking distance and the car parking space means you can easily go further if you want to. Lovely little balcony to sit out on - we saw an amazing geese migration whilst we were sat there (1,000s of geese!)

The best accommodation and location we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot.

Pros: I am reluctant to be too over-glowing about this property in case it will always be booked in future! What can I say, the host is friendly and very professional, with clear and detailed instructions for entry provided. The apartment is just perfect for us, in terms of comfort and facilities. And it appears that Formby is Merseyside's best-kept secret, a great holiday resort for families and also for professionals, with easy access into Liverpool and surrounding areas. No problem with eating in or eating out, with supermarkets and pubs surrounding the property, which is smack bang in the centre of this quiet and wonderful village.

Cons: We cannot complain about anything.
