Great location; clean and has all the facilities required for a short-term stay.

Pros: Excellent location; very clean and had everything required for a short-term stay, including free parking. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Cons: The overhead light in the main bedroom hangs way too low (other guests have commented on this). This seems like a minor issue but is very annoying when you are constantly bashing your head getting in and out of bed. Not a great way to start the day.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and a lovely surprise to find tea, coffee & wine.

Pros: Large and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Perfect position for what we needed. Great to have a carpark space. Quite location

Cons: Could have done with a mat by the door because it was wet and we walked in dampness until we could sit to take off shoes

Great base for Southport and surrounding area

Pros: Really helpful host. Apartment looks like it does in the pictures. Extras catered for like tea/coffee etc Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen equipment was great.

Great location.

Pros: The apartment was handy for both Lord Street and Birkdale, with a parking space available right in front of the entrance.

Cons: The apartment was immaculate other than the bathrooms which need a refresh.

Pros: Location was nice and quiet and well placed just outside Southport. The owner Julia is very helpful and is informative.

Cons: Property requires a mat at patio doors as when wet it walks all over living room. Also, small window in living room requires blinds for privacy. Also, light shades in living room and bedrooms need to be raised as kept hitting my head on them and I am a short guy!!!
