Excellent overnight venue

Pros: Firstly,weve stayed previously and the location is ideal.We know the area very well.The room, hotel,staff and breakfast were excellent.

Cons: Fresh milk, from the kitchen when required,is always better than sachets..😉

A clean and comfortable stay with excellent customer service.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are excellent, so helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The food was very good. Highly recommend!

A wonderful break in a beautiful hotel located in a beautiful location!

Pros: The hotel has recently relaunched in Jan under new ownership.Jake who is running it is doing a stirling job. The place is welcoming, cosy yet with a modern vibe, spotlessly clean and located on the canal side for stunning views. Ate dinner and breakfast there ! Kitchen clearly run by an excellent chef! Dinner menu was extensive , reasonably priced and food ordered was outstanding! Breakfast was also first class! Staff were friendly and helpful and all in all made our trip a wonderful experience. Very impressed and will be recommending to our friends and family !

Pros: Lovely location and extremely friendly and efficient staff. The food was great, I had dinner and breakfast. Both freshly made and delicious. And the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Cons: Really very minor problems, like the room heater plug not reaching to the floor and the bath plug not fitting. Hence I scored it 9 not 10. To be fair neither issue bothered me and I didn't raise either with the staff.
