Good Experience

Pros: The service from all staff was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and problems were solved without fuss Will defo go again

Cons: The building is very old and there were some issues in the bathroom, but all solvable

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. The rooms very comfortable and tidy. They really make you feel welcome and at home.

Great owner, great location and would go again

Pros: Free breakfast included fo every customer, even though booking had a seperate fee for this? The owner there was so nice and even spent time with us this weekend. Always happy to help with any issues we had.

Cons: The beds mattresses were too soft. Meaning I woke up with a bad back both mornings which sucked.

Would definitely return to same hotel

Lovely stay at Orbiston

Pros: Everything. I am a very anxious person and it was first time i booked a hotel just for myself in an unfamiliar city; the staff were phenominal, friendly made me feel right at home the minute i walked through reception. My friend advised the hotel as they love it so much. Bathroom was very clean, beds comfortable, price of hotel was excellent. I will be coming again with my partner and children to share the experience. Highly reccomend.

Great choice for bargain town centre accommodation

Pros: The hotel had very helpful and lovely staff, the hotel also provided a delicious breakfast each morning with lots of options and great coffee. It was clean and tidy as well with comfy beds and lots of storage. The location was also amazing because it is so close to all of the attractions and city centre.

Cons: Everything great but there wasnt great signal or wifi, however, this is an issue that we experienced throughout the whole of Blackpool so i wouldnt say that this is an issue with the hotel itself and the wifi was still good enough to make phone calls and browse social media.

Great Stay.

Pros: Lovely hotel! All of the staff including breakfast team were so friendly and accommodating. The room was small but perfect for what we needed, clean room and bathroom, Towels, Tea, coffee, milk provided in the room, beds were comfy too. The breakfast was very nice also. The location was great, 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from the shopping centre. 3 minute walk round to the coral island and on to the pier. right opposite the winter gardens too. would highly recommend staying at this property. Will stay here again in the future! Thank you to all the staff!
